Soccer training allows you to continue to work on the necessary skills of the game such as ball control, passing, dribbling and shooting. Being a part of an environment that encourages these skills as well as promotes self confidence and chance while participating in game-like small sided play. These sessions are created to enhance athletes' overall game: mentally, physically and tactically. We provide consistent feedback and structured training to achieve the athlete’s individual needs and goals. In every session at TOR, if athletes Show Up, they’re given the chance to Show Out.

PERFORMANCE

Performance training is an excellent way for athletes to develop their physical abilities and reach their full potential. By participating in targeted exercises, athletes can improve their speed, agility, strength, endurance, and overall potential. Performance training also helps athletes develop good habits early on, such as proper form and technique, which can reduce the risk of injury both on and off the field. By participating in performance training, individuals can experience increased muscle mass, improve cardiovascular health, and enhance athletic performance.
